We have been collaborating with Missionary Chocolates of Portland for many years!
We bring them our wine, and they make a ganache infused with our wines. This year we have chosen K & M 2021 Medley – a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, and Cabernet Franc. We love the fruit in this wine, and we know it will be amazing as a truffle.
Missionary Chocolates features vegan truffles. Likely you have seen them at the PDX airport or at their shop on NE Glison.
